The vision of SHA Ministry is to raise a generation that is passionate about God, devoted to sincere worship, committed to serving the Lord faithfully, and showcases God’s tangible love by serving the community.
SHA Ministry seeks to be an instrument in God’s hands to transform lives, strengthen faith, and positively influence society through the light of the Gospel.
1. Raising True Worshipers
SHA Ministry desires to develop individuals who worship God in spirit and in truth. Worship is not just a musical expression, but a lifestyle fully devoted to God. Each member is encouraged to build a deep relationship with God through prayer, praise, and meditation on His Word.
2. Transforming Lives Through the Word of God
The Word of God has the power to change hearts and renew minds, SHA Ministry is committed to teaching the Word with clarity and power to help individuals grow spiritually, discover their identity in God, and walk in their divine purpose.
3. Inspiring and Empowering the Youth
The ministry seeks to encourage young people to believe in their potential and understand their value and calling in God’s plan. SHA Ministry aims to help youth develop their creativity, confidence, and faith, raising a strong and influential generation.

SHA Ministry is committed to equipping and raising leaders who will serve God with integrity, wisdom, and humility. These leaders will be able to guide others, uplift their communities, and represent the values of God’s Kingdom in every environment.

The vision of SHA Ministry also includes making a positive impact on society. Through love, service, and testimony, the ministry seeks to bring hope, peace, and compassion to those in need.
Visionary
SHA Ministry was founded in October 2025 by Robertine S. Antoine (Sha Antoine), a servant of God, passionate worshiper, and visionary called by God to share God's Glory through worship, outreach, discipleship, and community. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and later immigrating to the United States in 2015, Sha’s journey has been marked by God’s faithfulness, guidance, and divine purpose.
From a young age, Sha was actively involved in ministry, serving in children’s ministries, choir, youth groups, praise and worship teams, and various church activities. Although she was raised in church, her relationship with Christ became personal when she made the conscious decision to fully surrender her life to Jesus Christ and was baptized in 2013. Since then, she has committed herself to living a life of obedience, service, and devotion to God’s Kingdom.
Upon moving to the United States at the age of 15, Sha became deeply connected to Philadelphia Baptist Church of Naples, where she faithfully served in worship ministry and youth leadership. Through the years, she was entrusted with various leadership roles, including Youth President and Praise & Worship Team President. These experiences helped shape her spiritual growth, leadership abilities, and heart for ministry.
In 2025, after years of serving faithfully within the local church, Sha sensed God’s call into a new season. Through prayer, surrender, and obedience, the vision for SHA Ministry was born. While continuing to serve faithfully within her church community, she stepped into the assignment God had placed on her life, to build a ministry dedicated to revealing God’s glory and transforming lives through His love and presence.
Today, Sha serves as the Founder and Executive Director of SHA Ministry, leading alongside a dedicated team of ten ministry leaders and volunteers who share a common passion: advancing the Kingdom of God and serving His people with excellence, humility, and love.
The vision of SHA Ministry is to create opportunities for people from all walks of life to encounter the tangible love, power, and presence of God through worship gatherings, outreach initiatives, discipleship, seminars, community engagement, and acts of compassion. The ministry exists to bring hope to the broken, light to those walking through darkness, and encouragement to those searching for purpose and belonging.
SHA Ministry believes that worship is more than a song, it is a lifestyle. Through every event, outreach effort, and ministry initiative, the goal is to point hearts back to Jesus Christ and raise a generation that passionately pursues Him in spirit and in truth.
